And it was by means of Sitrad PRO, Full Gauge Controls’ software for the remote management of temperature controllers manufactured by it, that Chopp Boreal achieved that goal.
Currently, the company counts on more than 40 MT-512E LOG model controllers installed at various points of the process that require stringent levels of control and adequate maintenance of temperature. In the process of brazing, the control level is made by the MT543-E Plus model. All these products are connected to Sitrad PRO.
According to João Fernando Sacilotto, director of Chopp Boreal, the manufacturing of the product passes through several stages. Among them, one of the most important points is the fermentation process, which requires a very precise and accurate temperature control so that it occurs evenly. According to João, the use of Sitrad PRO was a facilitator and also a way to save, since it no longer requires someone to be present at every moment to control the temperature of the tanks. “In addition to saving time, because I no longer need to go to the plant, Sitrad PRO also provides me remote control, with the analyses of data of the system, the pressure of the machines and the quality of the electrical energy used in the manufacturing process, in addition to the storage of this data in all files that allow traceability of the processes,” he explains.
